How is Zero Sugar Wine Made?

Zero sugar wine is made by adding yeast to grapes as normal, however, with zero sugar wine, things work a little differently. The yeasts are allowed to eat all the sugars present in the grape juice, meaning that no sugars are left once the wine is bottled.
